The Barter's main goal is to create a digital environment to fulfill electronic contracts, where a smart contract will have the same legal force if such a contract was concluded on paper in the presence of a notary with his seal.
The Barter IEO begins on July 22, 2020. The IEO token supply represents 10% of the total token supply, so there is a total of 10,000,000 BRTR tokens available, for 0.3 USD each.
